No fixed menu you have to settle for. You pick the patty, the size, the bun, the cheese, the toppings and the sauce — the kitchen builds exactly that. That is how it has worked since day one, and how you order by phone too.

The patties are made in house and the beef is ground on site. No frozen product, no pre-built burgers waiting to be warmed through. Nothing hits the grill until your order reaches the kitchen.

Lehne Burger started out in 2014 in Cape Coral, Florida. Today the grill stands in Paguera — same principle, same build-it-yourself menu, only with a view of the bay instead of the Gulf of Mexico.

We are in the side street

Guests say so themselves — and they are right. Palmira branches off the main road, a good 200 metres from Playa Palmira. That is about three minutes on foot, and the walk is worth it.
